Together, we’ll explore practices that ground, restore, and replenish. Saturday & Sunday
Morning Vinyasa Flow (6:00 AM)
Each morning, we greet the sun with an energizing Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice (TBD instructor). This class awakens the body, sharpens the mind, and lights the spirit for the day ahead. Expect mindful movement, breath-led flow, and space to feel both steady and expansive.
Saturday afternoon Restorative Yoga & Massage Experience
On Saturday night, sink into a deeply nurturing session of Restorative Yoga, led by Danielle. Supported by props and guided into stillness, your body is invited to soften and release. As you rest, Theo and Averee offer intuitive massage to encourage deeper relaxation, while live sound healing (TBD) washes over the room in soothing waves. This is a true reset for your nervous system—an invitation to surrender, restore, and be held.
This weekend is designed to give our YAM family a sacred pause, a chance to refill your own well, so you can continue sharing your gifts with the world.
You’ll leave feeling restored, grounded, connected, and deeply nourished …physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
