Step into the transforming energy of the full moon and connect with your highest Self. This intimate circle begins with a guided full moon ceremony, a guided meditation and a sacred space to reflect, release, and set intentions. After, we will flow together with a gentle moon inspired practice, designed to integrate our intention and create inner harmony. Afterward, enjoy a creative activity together, while sharing, Chai tea, and lite snacks.

I have been immersed in the world of yoga for as long as I can remember. I began my practice as a child alongside my mother, explored it more deeply as a teenager, and fully committed to it throughout my 20s and 30s. In 2023, I formalized this lifelong dedication by completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Tish Hilyer at YAM Yoga and Massage Studio, specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga.
My teaching philosophy centers on the breath (pranayama) as a foundational element of each class. Pranayama, which refers to the expansion of life force energy, is at the heart of my belief that both yoga asana (postures) and breathwork are powerful meditative practices that support inner peace, self-awareness, and physical well-being.
My classes offer a gentle yet effective blend of flow and restorative practices, with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. I enjoy weaving in music, humor, and authenticity to create a welcoming, joyful, and immersive experience. My intention is to be warm, approachable, and supportive, offering classes that are accessible to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced students.
Off the mat, I love spending time in nature with my husband and family. You’ll often find me paddleboarding, hiking, gardening, traveling, dancing, meditating, reading, or preparing nourishing meals for those I love. I am deeply committed to living a consciously evolving life and hope to inspire my students to do the same, both on and off the mat.

I found a class that I've been looking for for a long time. It's a yoga class taught by my daughter Danielle. I was looking for something that had the heart of yoga in it. And the heart of yoga to me is meditation. I was missing the atmosphere of meditation in the classes that I've taken in the last few years.
Coming into Danielle's space at the Healing Cottage sets you up for the peace and tranquility and energy of her class.
The space is beautiful in itself, but Danielle sets the stage and sets the quality and energy of the class by how she arranges the room.
Danielle teaches several different types of classes. I love the more yin ones the softer ones they're soft but much is accomplished in opening joints and strengthening. Danielle starts the class with a theme that she carries out throughout the class. Doing readings, quotes that inspire and permeate your practice with the Meditative energy of the class. The only thing you need when attending Danielle's class is to walk through the door. And it's a blessing you will be glad you did.
I love the background music, appropriate for each stage of the class. I love the aromatherapy scented eye pillows. The blanket at the end. And the entire experience.
