Hello! I am Danielle. I am a travel junkie and I love to explore and experience this beautiful life as fully as I can.
My love for travel started at 7 years old when my father took my big sis and I on a cross country trip from San Diego, CA to Long Island, NY and back. I loved the people we visited and all the diverse landscapes along the way. Over the years we continued our travels throughout the US and Hawaii and then to Paris when I was 16 years old.
My previous husband and I continued our travels onto a 32-foot sailboat down along the Mexican Coast to Cabo, Sea of Cortez, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta. We settled back down in San Diego, bought a house and had 2 boys …and then got the bug again, so we bought an RV and travelled with our boys cross country (twice) ! Then to Hawaii, Mexico, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, France, UK, Spain and Italy.
Now, after 16 years of running my own Nanny/Babysitting Agency, where I created large group childcare events, along with providing high quality caregivers for local and visiting families, I am ready to combine my passion for travel and my gift for creating fun unique experiences to bring people together in magical places around the world.
Over the last 4 years, I have created retreats in Western North Carolina, Southwest France and Costa Rica.
I am currently working on retreats in Tuscany, Belize, India, Bali and various locations in USA.

"This past Fall I had the opportunity to invest in myself and attend a yoga retreat in southern France. I was in desperate need of some me time and a yoga retreat sounded perfect. I have tried many styles of yoga but I had never tried Kaiut yoga. I had no idea what it was about. But I did know staying in an old French castle having all my meals planned and served and fun activities planned and everything taken care of plus getting to do yoga sounded like heaven. And it was!
First, Tucker is this peaceful soul that is youthful and kind and his beautiful blue eyes have such depth. It’s often like he’s seeing your true self, your soul and there’s no judgement. Just open kindness. Tucker’s style is gentle yet powerful and he’s very aware of each of the students' needs. I had an injury that was healing and he was always quick to give me extra attention or suggestions to modify poses. Kaiut was the perfect yoga for me coming off a fresh injury but even without the injury I feel it’s a style of yoga my body needs.
I can’t say enough good things about the amazing yoga retreat planner, Danielle. I felt completely taken care of at this retreat. As a wife, mother and professional I'm always the planner, the caregiver. It felt so refreshing to be the one being taken care of! The meals were delicious and healthy. The room assignment was perfect. I was a little nervous to share a room with a stranger but Danielle put so much thought into each person and did a great job matching roommates. Danielle also planned a fun variety of outings and balanced it well with private time to hike or meditate or socialize. The little bag of treats, wine and massage were also a lovely touch and made me feel spoiled. I hope to attend another retreat this year!"
